Emily Graven is a native of Augusta, Georgia. She graduated in 2018 from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and holds a Public Affairs Communications Certificate. Emily previously worked for a Public Affairs firm in Atlanta, Georgia during the 2019 Legislative Session. During her time with the firm, Emily lobbied for a variety of clients such as, The Georgia Cemetery Association, MARTA, Charter, Comcast, Northside Hospital, Pfizer, and The Foundation for Government Accountability. Emily played a significant role in Georgia establishing a step therapy protocol for prescription drugs as well as updating Georgia’s voting system to ballot marking devices. Emily now resides in Indianapolis and is working as an associate at The Capitol Group. Emily began working for The Capitol Group in June 2019.
